I’m still a child I don’t care for your haughty tones Such an upright citizen Plugged your soul into your phone
But I’m still telling stories of Neverland I’m the Pan – crowing wild & free Not living within your societal realms I wouldn’t want you to forget I’m forever me
Upon awaking I find my face littered with pixie dust With no possibilities of faking I’ve been visiting paradise, I trust
Off chasing adventure in the streams & you thought I fell asleep on my book Neverland is not only in my dreams But these scars caused clearly by a hook
Life rocks us silently Rising & falling with the boat Visions held most dear Within these stories I wrote Removed my choice of reality But here I’ll take my stand Firm between the swells With gentle reminders of Neverland
